The brothers definitely have a yin and yang thing happening between them and it makes for a compelling, yet slightly heartbreaking story. So what is Zsadist’s story is certainly tightly woven to Phury’s story. Wards ferociously inventive series continues as the most fearsome member of the Black Dagger Brotherhood. Zsadist has been the scarred and seemingly deranged brother on the periphery of the other stories, so I loved that we finally got his story. Book three of the Black Dagger Brotherhood jumps into Zsadist’s backstory.
